So this week’s band is Imagine Dragons! And although some of their songs have a dark tone, this one is very bright : )

So my music habits lately have been pretty eclectic. You know how sometimes you hear a band and think, “eh, that’s not too bad” but then later you hear them and think, “wow, this is just beautiful.” That’s how I’m feeling with Sigur Rós, an Icelandic band. I had a fantastic weekend and am now getting back into the swing of things. So to report on my holiday… The drive to St. Louis went smoothly, despite heavy fog, high winds, and occasional torrential rain. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but overall I enjoyed the challenge. It was the longest I’ve ever driven myself, so I feel quite accomplished. Maybe a road trip across the country will be in order next : P The concert was AMAZING! This is a fantastic video which combines David Tennant’s performance as Hamlet and his role as the Doctor. It is beautiful and thought-provoking.
