Sorry folks, to keep you waiting this long for another blog post. This has been a rough week for me. First, I had to get my driving permit which meant I had to go down to the Secretary of State office and grovel at the feet of the state and…ugh, I won’t start ranting now.
Then I started coming down with a cold. Not fun.
Then a couple other things developed which really messed up my plans for this summer, and well, for my life in general. 🙂 I’m still getting over that, but haven’t even started recovering from my cold.
Oh yeah, then there’s work. So I’m a bit overwhelmed this week, but I have a few good blog post subjects rolling around in my head, hopefully next week I can write something better than this measly post. 🙂
You poor thing! I think something was floating around at Liberty Day because we got sick, and a bunch of other friends got sick too! I’m starting to get over mine, though. Hope yours goes away soon!
So… are you cruising around town with your newly acquired permit? I hate having to go in to the whatever-you-call-it office. I did it once for the permit, and once for the license, and hopefully I won’t have to go back for another 3 years (I think I’ll have to renew then?). The people are almost always so rude at government run facilities! You’d think they would be a little bit nice to the people who pay them so much money. 🙂
